Hi, i’m Ayah

I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher dedicated to helping you soften, heal and bloom. My work weaves together ancient Vedic teachings, nervous system support, and practical lifestyle shifts to create space for transformation.

I believe its important to help people find more agency and autonomy of their health in a holistic manner, without relying on institutions that prioritize profits over people. Much of my work revolves around understanding and soothing the nervous system, promoting preventative health, and supporting the subtle and physical body.

Education and Training

My work is grounded in formal academic study as well as ongoing lineage-based training. I hold a B.A. in Ayurveda and Integrative Health and am currently completing my M.A. in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine at Maharishi International University, where my studies focus on classical Ayurvedic theory, assessment, and integrative approaches to health and healing.

Alongside my degree program, I have completed supplemental Ayurvedic training with Victor Briere, including specialized studies in Ayurveda and the Vagus Nerve and Ayurveda for Addiction, expanding my understanding of the relationship between traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern nervous system science.

My foundation in yoga began with formal teacher trainings, including a 500-hour certification in the Kaivalya Yoga Method and a 200-hour certification through the Long Beach School of Yoga. I have continued my studies with Kaya Mindlin, completing advanced trainings in Supreme Release Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vastu, and Hasta Samudrika, with a focus on therapeutic application, nervous system support, and subtle body awareness.

In addition to practical training, I have devoted years to studying yogic philosophy and traditional texts, including the Bhagavad Gita and Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras, which continue to inform both my personal practice and my teaching. Further teachings from the Vedic tradition include Vedic mantra and chanting with Shantala Sriramaiah and Jyotisha with Steven Highburger.
