Ayah is the founder of People’s Ayurveda, where she guides others through the living teachings of yoga and Ayurveda, offering practices and insight that can be integrated into everyday life. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: self-understanding changes everything, because when we understand ourselves, we can move through the world with greater clarity and care.
Ayurvedic Consultations
Ayurvedic consultations offer an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of your current state of health, including patterns of balance and imbalance. These sessions can serve as preventative care or provide support while navigating specific concerns. Each consultation is designed to offer insight, clarity, and practical guidance rooted in traditional Ayurvedic assessment.
Ayurvedic Health Consultation
A one-on-one session using traditional pulse assessment to evaluate current imbalances, tendencies, and areas needing support. This consultation is ideal for those navigating a health concern or seeking deeper guidance. You’ll receive individualized recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and daily rhythms tailored to your constitution and goals.
Prakriti & Vikriti Analysis
This educational mini-session helps you understand your innate constitution (prakriti) and your current state of imbalance (vikriti). Rather than relying on generalized online quizzes, this assessment provides personalized insight into how your body and mind function, along with simple, supportive recommendations to help restore balance.
